I spent a little over an hour hanging out on the pier with friends. If your traveling into Hoboken Pier A is just a two minute walk from Path, Bus and train station. There are walking and biking paths near by several restaurants with outdoor seating.

Travel Size Beauty Buys
I already have an array of fill-able travel size bottles, but when traveling I want to use a few amount of products that will soothe and hydrate my skin.
Caudalie Beauty Eixir has been on my must try list for sometime. I tested it out at Sephora and instantly felt awake, so I thought this would be great to have on a flight to combat my skin drying out. This was on offer and I picked up other minis by this brand.
Water activities and heavy sun exposure dry out the skin and I thought for my evening shower, I would use L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil. This product will replenish my skin and skip packing more body lotion.
Cetaphil is my everyday cleanser and they make great travel sizes item that are easily re-fill-able. I would also note that with this brand in particular a little goes a long way.
Lush Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner– This shower lotion works to restore your skins moisture before leaving the shower you wash it off and are left with supple skin.
Tiny Minis:
Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser with Orange Extract– I plan on using this if my face gets flaky from the sun or too oily, it will bring back balance.
Korres Wild Rose Refining Buffer Cleanser– This all natural skin care brand will be used in the morning to awaken the skin and add radiance.
A Healthy Summer Refresher
The Ingredients needed:
- 2-3 Slices of Watermelon
- 2 Limes
- 2 Lemons
- Filtered Water
- 45 to 1 hour
I cubed the watermelon adding it along with the juice from 1 & 1/2 lemon and 1 &1/2 lime, into my carafe. I then filled the carafe with filtered water and stirred to incorporate. The drink was put into the fridge to sit for 1 hour. The taste was extremely refreshing. Notes of the fruits were finished with the crispness of the water. You can sip this throughout a hot day or to curb a sugar craving.
There’s A New Bagel Spot In Town
I’ve been hearing about Black Seed Bagels long enough. This past Sunday, I went and I ate. There are endless combination, for example cashew cheese kale maramalade roasted beet on a poppy seed bagel, but I wanted keep it simpe to see if the ingredients are really amazing. I chose smoked bluefish spread and tomatoes on a toasted sesame seed bagel. It was excellent, I mean really, really good. The fish spread wasn’t too salty and the bagel had a great doughy center. I wish the actual bagel was bigger, but in the end it was filling. A true weekend delight.
August Book
The Good House – I was blown away by the start and flow of this book. I was immediately transported to this New England town and felt as though I was ever presence in each characters movement. As the characters developed I became so invested in reaching the end, hoping for my favorite characters to come out on top.
